Usually, non-rebuildable brushed motors are best for this application as they handle water really well, and, on top of that, they are also very cheap. While opening the receiver, be careful not to scratch the circuit board or damage any of the pins, the antenna, or break any of the tabs on the case. What you can do here is place a small rubber o-ring on the top servo gear where the horn goes (if it doesn’t already have one) to prevent water from seeping in around the gear.
